I've posted about this previously, but wanted to give an update (now that i've opened the box & tried it!). The soup comes plastic-wrapped in individual portions (molded to fit into your oven-proof soup crocks) and the croutons & cheese are right on top of the soup. You can't see the croutons, because they're under the cheese. Best to bake it in the oven, although it gives microwave instructions, too. (If you do it in the micro, the cheese is going to melt/blend right into the soup....in the oven it just melts & bubbles on top).
6 portions to a box.
You can find these in the open/freezer section over by the meats.
delicious! and would be good with a splash of sherry, too!
