BAD ACCIDENT!

Mom had a terrible incident there this past fall and was treated pretty poorly by Costco staff. She does not wish to shop there any longer. While she was walking to her car, she tripped on their mile-high speed bumps and fell on her nose, breaking it. There was blood all over the parking lot. To make a long story short, the Costco employees were more concerned about their liability than her well-being. Be careful while walking in the parking lot!
